Theologos is a beautiful mountain village with a lot of charm. Once the place was the capital of Thassos. The historical time is palpable and enchants visitors and inhabitants with bubbling springs and pretty alleys and squares. Of course, all daily need shops are available.
The sea is round 9 km away. Theologos is located above Potos, a touristically very lively place with great beaches.

Das Baugrundstück liegt am Rand des historischen Bergdorf Theologos auf Thassos etwa 9 km oberhalb von Potos.
Theologos ist ein geschichtsträchtiger Ort und war einst die Hauptstadt von Thassos. Die Lage verhinderte Überfälle von Piraten und feindlichem Militär und war einfacher zu verteidigen, als Orte in der Nähe des Meeres.
Das Dorf hat viel Charm und wunderschöne Gassen und Plätze, die einen in eine längst vergangene Zeit zurück versetzen. Die Häuser sind traditionelle Bauten und fügen sich wie ein Puzzle zusammen.
Das komplette Gegenteil findet man dann in Potos. Ein touristischer Ort voller Bars und Cafes, Restaurants und tollen Stränden. Wer also gerne in einem ruhigen Dorf abseits des Trubels lebt, und dennoch ab und an sich ins Getümmel stürzt, ist hier genau richtig.
Im Dorf selber gibt es alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf, große Supermärkte findet man aber erst in Limenaria.
Wasser und Strom sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass diese Kosten sich sehr gering halten.
